Javier P [redacted] spoke with the merchant Gerardo as well as the daughter of the owner about cancelling the account on numerousThey were both informed that we would allow them to cancel the account without penalty however they would need to return the equipment prior to cancellation Javier provided an address of [redacted] NW Loop 410, Suite 104, San Antonio, TX to the merchant to return the equipmentThis is our current addressThe merchant visited our previous address last year and this address is still on our websiteThis is why there was an address discrepancyThis information will be updated immediately The merchant called our corporate office on July 16, The call was escalated to the Sales Agent, JavierJavier was aware of the merchant’s frustration and requested for the account to be closed immediatelyWe have not received the equipment from the merchant however the account was requested to be closed on July 17, and was completed on July 21, The merchant signed a three (3) year agreement on August 25, The merchant used the services in the months of October, November, December and June The early termination fee is $which the company has waivedWe only requested to receive the equipment which we still have not received as of today July 24,

Javier
provided an address of [redacted] NW Loop 410, Suite 104, San Antonio, TX 78230 to
the merchant to return the equipment. This is our current address. The merchant
visited our previous address last year and this address is still on our
website. This is why there was an address discrepancy. This information will be
updated immediately.
The
merchant called our corporate office on July 16, 2015. The call was escalated
to the Sales Agent, Javier. Javier was aware of the merchant’s frustration and
requested for the account to be closed immediately. We have not received the equipment
from the merchant however the account was requested to be closed on July 17,
2015 and was completed on July 21, 2015.
The
merchant signed a three (3) year agreement on August 25, 2014. The merchant
used the services in the months of October, November, December 2014 and June
2015. The early termination fee is $480.00 which the company has waived. We
only requested to receive the equipment which we still have not received as of today July 24, 2015.
