To whom it may concern, You can clearly see the imprints and small punctures on the headboard were put there by cat clawsThe customer has a cat and that's what happens when the claws catch into the material on the headboard.. I spoke with the movers
and the headboard was never dropped dragged or mishandled. Just to make sure I spoke with a furniture repair specialist and he also agreed that cat claws created the small punctures in the headboardFor this reason we have denied this claim. Thanks, *** ***
