I spoke with the guest I told him this aint no star hotel its just your average hotel now he has the right to leave not obligated to stay here if he doesn't want to but we don't refund third party website now if he payed for the room and is not happy he should of gave the room to one of his family members or friends because he payed for the room since he decided not to stay in the room that his choice now for the internet it was working properly but where getting it fix in signal strength my internet company cox is fixing it but there is internetThe sheets where clean if there was a stain I apologize but I know my housekeeping clean the sheets so I apologize if there was a stain but I know it wasn't dirty we don't put dirty sheets
