Review: Ace Furniture has failed to make payment to Corporate Installations for work that we were contracted to do for them in Sept. and Oct. of 2013. They do not respond to emails and when I spoke to [redacted] on the phone to discuss this, he told me that [redacted] takes care of the payments and that he would take care of it. We have not received payment to date. They owe us $732.60 for delivering and installing office furniture for their Mpls., MN customer.Desired Settlement: full payment of the two outstanding invoices for services performed by Corporate Installations. Total amount due $732.60

Response:
First, I would like to advise that the complaint was not filed by a consumer, nor customer.
The complaint is that an invoice Regarding installation of furniture has not been yet paid by us.
This is not an issue between Ace and the customer. It is between a vendor and Ace.
Please be advised, that the invoice was not paid promptly due to an issue at the time of installation.
The invoice was put aside, until the issue would be resolved.
The issue has been resolved, and payment will be made within the month.
Respectfully
Consumer
Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the response from [redacted] is not completely incorrect. There was never an issue with the installation services, the issue was with the product and with changes made by the end user. Our installation services were completed as per our contract with Ace.
Upon receipt of full payment, this resolution will be satisfactory to me and the matter will at that time, have been resolved.
Sincerely,
