Ace Oil Company

Review: My Dad had contacted ACE Oil for a delivery of Home Heating Oil in March of this year. He was told to make the check out in advance for the number of gallons times the current price which is what he did. He was told that if the check was made out for more money then what was actually delivered that they would either mail him the refund or give him a credit for the amount the next time he required a delivery. My dad recently called to inquire about scheduling a new delivery; he was told that ACE Oil had gone Out-of-Business and if he wanted to collect his refuned that he would have to notify either the Revdex.com or Consumer affairs. The amount in question is only $18.19 which is not a large amount of money, but my Dad is Retired on a Fixed Income; so he watches every dollar.
