Review: I ordered an oil delivery and was paying with a credit card, on 2/**/15 the transaction was declined due to a bank error. I called Ace Oil the next day, 2/**/15 to explain. The secretary informed me that her boss ordered her not to accept a credit card payment from me, since they will never deliver oil to my residence again, I was told that numerous credit card attempts were declined, this is the ONLY time my credit card transaction was declined. I asked to speak with the secretary's boss. I was informed that he "was not going to speak with me." I requested, in writing, the reason for my account being closed, I was informed that the company was not going to give any statement in writing. As a result of the company's refusal to deliver oil, water pipes did freeze and bust.Desired Settlement: I would like for Ace Oil to defend their decision, with proof in writing, showing evidence of credit card transactions being declined and give the honest reason for their decision not to deliver oil to my residence. I would like Ace Oil to share in the expense of repair of the damage caused by the frozen pipes.
