Review: My 6 wheel recreational vehicle was dropped off for service to the carburetor. When the machine was picked up, the bearings on the center axel were damaged beyond repair. The tracks of running the machine were clearly visible on the back property of the business. The machine was run in hard circles putting undue pressure on the bearings causing the damage. I had pictures of the "donuts" that were spun in the gravel with the machine taken as proof. I called the owner to explain the problem, and was treated rudely and was told that I was making unsubstantiated allegations and that the bearings were not his responsibility. He was extremely rude as I simply tried to explain that the vehicle was not in that condition when it was dropped off. The phone call ended with the owner making a sarcastic "have a nice day" comment as he hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: The refund for the work done on the carburetor will not come close to covering the cost of repairing the machine. It will merely prevent the merchant from profiting on the transaction.
