ZT Motors (Fort Walton Beach Toyota) failed to refund a Car Care Service Plan as requested within the day cancellation window On Friday, October, I purchased a new Toyota CamryAs part of the sale, I was offered a Car Care Service Plan (CCSP) for $1,(tax included)As I thought about whether or not to purchase the CCSP, the Finance Dept rep (MrBrandon J [redacted] told me I could cancel it within days if I changed my mindWith that, I agreed to the purchase After evaluating the value of the CCSP, I decided I did not want it and returned to Fort Walton Beach Toyota on Tuesday, October, to request a refundAnother rep from the Finance Dept (unknown) completed a cancellation request, attached a copy of my CCSP receipt, and told me Brandon would call me the next day to complete the refundBrandon never called I sent Brandon an e-mail on Friday, November, to request a copy of the cancellation confirmation and for him to advise when I will see the refun

Brought vehicle in for a default wheel bearing and whomever washed my car made deep scratches to my trunk Brought my car in for a default wheel bearing and someone who washed my vehicle scratched the trunk of my vehicle.(It looks as if someone was trying to remove the sap but ended up making deep scratches around it instead.) Repair to catalytic converter
I brought the car in to replace the left catalytic converter Also had the trans serviced and the plugs replaced On the way home car stalled and ran rough Wife returned car said it was a flow sensor and replaced it Again, on the way home car stalled and ran rough I had the car towed back to the dealer This all began on March 17thFinally got the car back May after replacing the other catalytic converter On the way home I noticed that the windshield was cracked and again the check engine light came on This is now unacceptable
