I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.   I am rejecting H & L Tree Trimmings response because a
lot of these statements made by H & L are false. The only contact Dustin
has made with me since the incident is two text messages. One text of his
insurance agents information and another text asking what belongings were
damaged in the garage. H & L's only attempt to "satisfy" the
incident was in part of the first text message with the insurance agent's info,
"This is our insurance but soon as the bids come in were probably going to
take care of it our self u can call her if u need (attached photo of a business
card of Suzy P[redacted] Lincoln Hills Insurance Agency.)" They made no attempt to
contact me to discuss these bids or a resolution. I cannot help but wonder why
H & L's response was signed by their insurance agent. I did not instruct H
& L to leave everything as it was. It was a week and a half before a claim
was made which I had to contact their insurance to push anything to get done,
then it took another week for the claim rep. to contact me. It is easy to blame
one person for a mistake, but I talked to Dustin the morning of the incident on
my girlfriends phone, so I know he was on scene before or during when the
incident happened.  The business is
accountable for the people they employ, their behavior, and the choices those
people make on the job.

The incident for Mr. [redacted] was a very unfortunate accident. Our business has not ever had a property damage claim such as this in our 16 years of business. guide of rope and the tree popped and twisted resulting in the tree falling the wrong direction.  Afterward, our employee was directed to remove the other damaged limbs and branches from above the garage and again did not follow directions.  We have taken dispensary action with our employee.  We have apologized and have attempted to satisfy Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] instructed us to leave everything as it was until the insurance could come look at the damage. We advised we would come back to clean up and remove remaining limbs.
