I am happy to answer the complaint submitted by *** *** (Case ID ***) to the Revdex.com,The crux of the issue is that thc complainant purchased a USED camera from Ace Photo through *** on Dec25th, for $His complaint references a picture that shows accessories
(two memory cards and an external video monitor) that come with a NEW camera (sold for $6499), but he bought a USED camera and we listed exactly what was being offered.Our listing was shown as follows: "DAYS WARRANTYCharger, battery, body cap and strap included, We are *** *** authorized dealer ***Nowhere did we make any reference to any other accessoriesThe customer initiated an *** A-to-Z, claim against us on *** on Dec29thWe let the customer know that if they returned the camera to us, we would issue a full refund, and we even sent the customer a prepaid return labelThe customer chose not to return the camera, and on Friday, Jan, 6th, 2017, *** rightfully denied the buyer's A-to-Z clairn, and then an *** investigator resolved, i.eclosed, the claim on January 17th, 2017.We had offered a full refund upon return of the camera, but the customer has repeatedly refusedThis customer attempted to extort us with a threat of bad feedback on ***, but since the customer lost the A-to-Z claim, the feedback was removed, We have repeatedly reiterated our willingness to offer a full refund upon the return of the camera, We have been unfailingly polite in the face of the customer's unreasonable demands, and will continue to represent ourselves professionally, just as we have for the past years.Sincerely,Mo J***CEO of Ace Photo and Dominion Camera
