I just had a wonderful experience with Ace Plumbing I called different plumbing companies by am today and only spoke with someone at Ace All the other calls were answered by an answering service As a result, Ace promptly responded and gave me a time to come to the house and give me an estimate [redacted] arrived at 9:am and gave me an estimate for the hot water heater I was surprised when he said he could fix it right then and there It was am before the other companies got back to me, by then [redacted] was half way done with the job I guess it pays to be the early bird Thanks a lot [redacted] You did a good job [redacted]

I just wanted to thank [redacted] at Ace Plumbing for his professional, prompt and courteous service he provided at my mother's residence under trying circumstancesMy mom had broken her hip and had been in a rehab facility awaiting her return home when I discovered two faucet leaks and a master bathroom toilet leak that needed immediate repairWhen I cold called on a Wednesday to inquire about the service that Ace could provide he made himself available the very next day to diagnose free of charge what the issues wereNot only did he text me early in the morning on Thursday to let me know that he could get to our residence ahead of the scheduled meeting time but he was able to assess the situation in a timely manner and set me up for a Monday morning appointment to fix all three problemsWith a deadline looming that day as my mom was being released from the rehab facility at noon he showed up first thing in the morning and capably handled the needed repairsThe replacement parts he provided were name brand quality and he disposed of all the old equipment without so much of leaving a speck of dirt or a mess behindFor being a resident of Indiana who had no clue who to call in the Toledo area in order to help my mom I have to say how lucky I was to have found Ace Plumbing onlineTheir personnel was so accommodating in helping me in the pinch I was in and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of a good quality plumber with reasonable pricing Sincerely, [redacted] *

I called *** at ACE Plumbing to help me run water lines to a basement bar that I was building *** responded the same day I called to review the workAs we reviewed the work *** noticed a leak in my sump pump discharge line

We recently needed a new hot water tank and some gas lines replaced. Was a relief to finally get an accurate estimate, good work and plumbers who cleaned up after themselves. Plus, they found additional gas line leaks that were missed by the Columbia Gas technician. They tested everything and it's all working great. Getting ready to have them completely reconstruct the plumbing in our bathroom. It's nice to finally have a plumber we can rely on for all our plumbing issues.

I have had to use them twice in the last month for two separate issues. (Toilet drain then a clogged faucet shut/off valve) ... separate issues) Every time I called them, if I had to leave a message, they would get right back with me and schedule an appointment. Both times their plumbers were professional and, most importantly extremely knowledgeable. I tend to be a customer who asks a lot of questions. In every case they politely answered my them with professionalism and politeness. When they left they made sure I was satisfied and informed. I am not a plumber so I get nervous anytime I have to use one ..... Ace Plumbing, in both cases, set my mind at ease that everything was fixed when they left. It's nice to know I can rely on them when I have issues. Couldn't be happier.

We have had this company here 3 times already. We had a huge leak in our basement and he says it is a defective part. We have called and called to get the part replaced and he never returns our call.
