I just want to share how wonderful our experience has been with Ace Pool Services, LLC The gentleman who comes to service our pool weekly is kind, courteous, and diligent in his work He always does a thorough job He comes and is at the house for at least minutes My previous experience with another company was maybe five minutes The pool ALWAYS looks fantastic! We did not have one issue with algae growing this summer, which is a first for us in Arizona! Also, when they started, we had some repairs to our pump, which was done promptly and very reasonably I highly recommend this pool service for both repairs and regular weekly service!

When I purchased my home in 2015, it had a new pool that had not been properly cared for by previous owners. On recommendation, I called John. He came out right away and put my mind at ease, explained everything that needed to be done and has been servicing my pool ever since. I highly recommend him as he is knowledgeable and keeps our pool ready to swim. He is very prompt at answering questions when I have a concern and fixes issues immediately. My neighbors have even retained him for their pool services now, due to the amazing service we have recieved.

I had issues with my last pool company and switched to ACE a year ago. I'm not always there and I have to trust that my pool is cleaned . Since the switch my pool has been well taken care of in a timely manner. Rates are fair and the work gets gone. This is important for me as I often have guests arrive unannounced and I don't need to worry about the pool. It's always ready.

Since hiring this company approximately eight months ago, our pool has never looked better. The owner is friendly, polite and knowledgable. Anytime something needs to be repaired, he lets us know right away and fixes the problem immediately. I would recommend this pool service to anyone.
