Ace Pools

*** *** committed fraud by forging my contract to demonstrate that I wanted a smaller pool than what we have originally agreed to
On April 22nd we signed a contract with Ace Pools for a creation of a pool of 15*feetA month later, we came to check on a pool and saw that it was a lot smallerWe asked why, and were told that that's what we wantedApparently, he had us sign something that said that we wanted a smaller poolWe don't remamber signing anything for a smaller poolIf we have signed something, we don't know what it wasWe never agreed to a smaller pool sizeWe are both elderly and disabled - we could've been fooled into signing something we didn't knowI am shockedPlease help!

First of all the owner of property *** ***, AKA The Wonderful Foundation a property rental business in Desert Hot SpringsThey keep saying they live in house but it is actually a seasonal rental propertySecond they have already went
to the City of DHS and my bond company and now have contacted youI know believe there is fraud being committed towards my company as her story changes with every complaint filedShe states to Revdex.com that she had no knowledge of pool size being change but on June 1, we sat at her table (***, *** and myself) and discussed new contract line by line and I even went over it a couple of times to make sure she understoodShe signed it in front of both of us and now claims she knows nothingShe claims she was gone for a month and came back to find a smaller pool, so lets see she said signed on 4-22-and came back a moth Later to find a smaller pool, interesting being the City of DHS did not give us permit until 5-26-that's a whole month of just waiting time and I gave a time line of every step completed so far on an attached pageWe didn't even start to excavate until 5-27-and finished the next dayThey have been around the property everyday since the start of the project on 5-26-1& Her response to this will be she's old and her English is not good to explain herself and this is elderly abuseI've included an expense sheet on this job and can forward all receipts from my Sub Valley Gunite, which is licensed and bonded, but she says there notI have tried repeatedly to resolve this with her but she decided to go this route, like I mentioned above I feel that if I were to continue on this job it's already not well and it will continue on that wayI fell the best solution is to go separate ways since you will see in my attached pages which they have copies of all that their after money not a solutionAll monies received by Ace Pools has been spent on their property

The worst service I have experience. Not only did I have issues with them charging my account without prior authorization and changing repair quotes every time I asked; they also have no integrity with their cleaning. On their last scheduled visit, I thought that the water looked cloudy and it did not look like they cleaned the leaves. So, I took a sample to my neighborhood pool store and I was told that the water was not clean and that I needed to add chemicals. This was only a few hours after they supposedly serviced it. Never will I recommend them!

We purchased a home two and a half years ago which included our first swimming pool. We reached out to several pool service companies, but chose Ace Pool based on several reasons. First, the owner personally came by to assess the services needed, he presented a fair price and assured weekly service. Not only was Ace on time, but they performed above expectations every week. If there was ever an issue, their response was fast and effective, but I must add that there were no problems during the time of service that would have caused a consideration to change. I strongly recommend Ace Pool service for their integrity, their spirit of excellence, their depth of knowledge and their will to insure customer satisfaction at the highest level.
