I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] did not clean my house, two other women did.
In response to her letter stating that I insisted she use my products:  I asked her about this, and she replied that I provide the products, and she wanted to see what I had.  I showed her what I had, and that was that.  
The landlady did not say about cleaning my house for a year.  She felt once a month of the service was enough.  I saw her (the landlady) 2 days later and showed her the spots.  She insisted I get back to the cleaning people.  I don't know why the cleaning lady was carrying around the cleaning product bottle, but she was.  
I happen to be a fine Christian person who would never try to cheat or pull a scam as she stated.  I am disgusted with them ruining my flooring.  
I normally would do my own cleaning, but I have [redacted], where I am very weak, and can't do a lot of things anymore.  I was greatful that I was getting help with my cleaning, that's why I gave the tip, not because I was happy with the results.
I will gladly go to court to resolve this.

At this time, we agreed on price and the scope of the cleaning required. 
She did not want the whole house to be cleaned, just kitchen, bathroom, living room and one of the bedrooms. [redacted] insisted to use her cleaning products, so we did not use any of our cleaning products. Upon completion of our first cleaning service, she inspected our work and was happy with the service. She thanks me, paid me and on top, she gave us twenty-dollar tip. 
To my surprise couple of days later I got a phone call from her that there was damage to her linoleum flooring. I did go and returned to her residence to inspect her claim and to my surprise, there was another woman that was introduced as the landlord and the property owner. There in fact were several bleached spots on the floor, in unusual areas almost as if someone purposely damaged the flooring. We did test the Lysol toilet cleaning solution with bleach if it can damage the floor and it did however, it did so instantly. When we left there was no damage, we did not use toilet cleaning solution on the flooring anywhere in the house the only place that bottle was used was the toilet itself. The landlord lady try to extort one year of FREE cleaning service twice a month. At which time I told her that we need to go through my insurance company with my choice of installer.
I have been doing home cleaning service in Milwaukee area for over eight years and prior to that five years in [redacted] land area and I never seen anyone who would like to try pull a scam like this one. I’m hard working individual charging people small affordable rates I’m not getting rich on their behalf, and quite frankly I’m disgusted with people like [redacted] and her landlord.
If further action is needed, we would prefer to have a small claims court judge to examine all evidence and let him decide who is at fault.
I have copy of my phone bill to prove to the judge the time line of the phone calls, especially the one where they called to complain.
