After we verified that we were not able to finalize the deal between the homeowner & Ms. [redacted], I attempted to contact the seller to advise on how to give authoriztion to release funds from third part escrow company. I was unable to contact...
& communicate with the homeowner to instruct on next steps to release funds. After numerous attempts, I decided to contact third party escrow company to see what my other options where. Due to the fact that myself or the third party company was able to contact the homeowner, I now take full responsibility to compensate Ms. [redacted]. Since I will need to reimburse Ms. [redacted] from my personal funds, I will need at least 30 days to gather the funds.
