Fascia and soffit job misquoted and work done so poorly that it has left my home exposed to water, bugs, and rodents I received a quote from Ace Roofing after receiving their info from a local home showThe salesperson Ray C [redacted] who quoted the job, undercut the price and subsequently left the company as I understand for misquoting to get commissionAs I had already put down a $deposit, I went through with the repairs The first time the workers pulled down my gutters and put up a fascia wrap that was so bad you could see the waves in the aluminum from the streetI have photo documentationAfter this I was told by the owner Matt S [redacted] that I could not receive a refund and that they would "make it right" despite being "underquoted." I had a discussion to explicitly say that I want the issues fixed, and in order to do it right I would have to pay ADDITIONAL $in order to fix the supposed issues with the fascia boardsThey installed new gutters to hide the incorrect

Window replaced after waiting weeks past promised timeframeOnce window was installed the workers did not properly replace the shutters they removed
