I have already explained that I was in Montana for weeks, there was no way to reach meAbout the flashing, a picture should have been taken showing how you think it was installed incorrectlyWho did the flashing originally?? If you didn't notice it was leaking because it "was behind a basement wall" (as you stated), how do you know how long it's been leaking?? 1.) I do NOT keep contracts for longer than yearsI don't have a copy of the contractIf he has one, I am more than happy to repair any "workmanship" issues per contractual agreement. 2.) Our Standard contractual workmanship warranty is yearsThis is years after that time. 3.) A workmanship issue you usually see in the first weeks/monthsNot years laterThis is obviously a storm or other related issue. 4.) insurance claim after the Henryville tornado/hail event on March 2, 2012. His insurance papers were never seen by a member of our company. If replacing the chimney flashing was on the papers, we never would have known. The insurance company specifically requests that homeowners share this information, but rarely do they. I would have taken care of this myself upon return from Montana but that time has passed. He has money from his insurance company from that claim to take care of this. Thanks.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I had no idea that the work was performed by a subcontractor - this is new information.   I would have liked to have known initially that the work would be done by a subcontractor.  The invoice/receipt I provided is on the letter head of ACE Roofing and payment was made to ACE Roofing - there is no indication a subcontractor was involved.  As far as I knew all work was done by employees of ACE Roofing.I don't think the use of a subcontractor should absolve ACE Roofing of any post-completion customer service or warranty follow-up.  I feel the commitments of customer service, quality materials and workmanship made by the subcontractor should be binding on ACE Roofing.

Review: Had entire roof done for $12200. with a 7 year guarantee. After 6 months when it rainedit poured inside the building. Repeated calls over a 6 week period leaving messages andwhen we were able to talk with someone promisses were made that someone would come to repair. Review: I had a leak in my roof, and Ace roofing was supposed to fix the problem on March 19th. I was told my Sonny (if that was his name) that place will not leak anymore. I tried calling the company, then I weas told someone will com on 04/25/ to fix the problem. No one showed up or call me. I tried calling several times, but I am not getting no answer. Please help me to resolved this problem..Desired Settlement: I would like for the Ace Roofing company to fix my roof or refund my money...

Review: I have been receiving unwanted faxes from Ace Roofing and Construction, ([redacted]) some of which come at 3AM, waking my household. I am a cardiologist and need to have my fax machine on at night so that the hospitals are able to fax electrocardiograms for my review. I have requested that the owner of Ace Roofing remove my fax number from his fax server which he has refused to do. The last time I attempted to speak with him about this issue he refused to speak with me and hung up the phone. His advertisements don't give the option of having a fax number removed from the server (which I believe is the law). I have repeatedly requested that he kindly stop calling my home in the middle of the night, but to no avail. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter since kind requests seem unheeded. Review: was supposed to fix a flat roof, re-roof , rubber, torch flasing cement an repair front and back roof on [redacted] Newark, NJ I have a contract for 10 years guarantee. roof leaked, ceiling tiles fell down, damaged to rug walls.. 2nd roof on [redacted] roof leaked ceiling tiles fell down, bathroom wall pant peeled. have contact same 10 years with two times a year maintenance. two roofs total $18,920.00. Told me if I take him to court he will change his name. roofs were not even 5 years old [redacted] was supposedly repaired on 12/10/14 and [redacted] was 1/18/13.
