This company is dishonest, at bestI made the huge mistake of contacting them to inspect and pump the septic system of a house I was buyingHe charged for both services and put in writing that the system was inspected and pumpedHe noted the system was fineThe first time I saw the tank, after moving from another state, I discovered that the ground was complete saturated at the tankI called ACE and left messages eight timesNo return callsMy real estate agent and the previous home owner also tried to reach himNo returned callsI sent a certified letterNo responseI had a reputable company come and inspectThey told me the tank was leakingI had it repairedThe pipe that was supposed to have been connected to the tank was almost a foot deeper in the ground than the input pipe to the tankIt was buried under a foot of sludgeIt had been operating that was for YEARS! Any qualified septic service person would have seen it during the inspection I paid forNot ACEACE is NOT trustworthyThey do not do work they are paid to doThey don't return callsBEWARE OF ACEFind ANY other service companyACE is a rip-off
