Business states he only worked on the heel of the boot, not the top fabric. He said the boot was in that condition when they came in, he is not responsible for the condition of the top of the boots.

Review: I purchase a pair of Tall Black Boots 2 months ago from Sears and the rubber heel cracked so I just decided to have them repaired. On January 7th 2016, I took them to ACE Shoe Clinic, 5800 N. Bayshore Dr. Suite B125, Glendale WI 53217, ###-###-#### for repair. I only wore them once to church. On January 12th 2016, I picked up the boots and the heels were done to my satisfaction but I notice the top of new boots that were made of vinyl was damaged apparently when he put the shoes on shoe stand to repair the heels. I brought that fact to owner's attention and he denied demanding the top of the boots while repairing the heels. I paid him $10.00 for the heel repair but these boots are no good because he tore the vinyl fabric.Desired Settlement: I would like for ACE Shoe Clinic to replace my boots for a sum of $65.00 which includes the $10.00 charge for the heel repair.
