Bought a chisel stainless steel cross yesterday 5-13-for $after tax, marked 20% off from $Looked online and found the sane exact pendant from Chisel for $retail, $on fingerhut, $on Amazon and $from JetCalled Sunburst today 5-14-and was told that they don't do refunds, couldn't refund the difference or price match for that matterI was also told that it was "weird" because they base their prices off of the online prices, even though their retail price is $moreThere is nothing they could do for me I figured I'd buy myself a piece of jewelery for my bday but I get screwed in the process, go figureTake your business elsewhere or do research before buying on a whim

Looked online and found the sane exact pendant from Chisel for $75.00 retail, $31.95 on fingerhut, $32.00 on Amazon and $39.95 from Jet. Called Sunburst today 5-14-16 and was told that they don't do refunds, couldn't refund the difference or price match for that matter. I was also told that it was "weird" because they base their prices off of the online prices, even though their retail price is $40 more. There is nothing they could do for me. I figured I'd buy myself a piece of jewelery for my bday but I get screwed in the process, go figure. Take your business elsewhere or do research before buying on a whim.
