thanks for contacting us. 
1. First of all let clarify Acê Smog of Anaheim is an authorized repair facility was assigned by BAR (bereau of Automotive Repair )
2.  Once the customer comes to us we r not responsible for pass and fail cuz this a t sting...

facility .3.  Off course customer won't be happy if the vehicle fails according to the state procedure we cannot fail the vehicle for no reason.
4. This disputes shouldn't be resolve at Revdex.com since it's a customer service or bad reputation issue it's a state procedure issue which only be resolve at BAR.
5 regarding catalyst convertor for that vehicle again we don't assume state has a website design for that purpose which we fallow  it's called carb.ca.gov   Any after smog related partshas to verify from this website . 
6.  Last things he complains that we pulled out the wires from battery we not allowed to do like that cuz this isn't a part of our procedure
 
hopefully I answer most of customer complaints to have u better understanding how the system works in smog check related issues  
regarding money back so charge for the services to perform smog in his car please let me know if u need to know anything.

I was never informed of such "Bar" or refree. I did call the business and informed them that I knew it was not performed and asked for my money to be refunded. At that time they told me no and they threaten me to come down there and they will report me. I said OK and decided to contact the Revdex.com because I knew this is something you can resolve. I don't feel like I need to go through another source to resolve my problem since the options were given to me by this source. This is where I choose to solve my issue.

Review: I went to get a smog check and was quoted a price and re smog price if car fails and does not pass. They told me they performed the smog but I never heard my car turn on or the engine run and rev like all other smog checks that I have been to. After that they told me I failed due to a PVC pipe that needs to be fixed and if I give them $100 cash they will get the part and fix it and change me more for a re test and at that point the re test was more than they first quoted me. I knew they were lying and refused to pay for anything else. I took my car to another location to get another smog within 5 minutes and it passed. I called them and told them they scamed me and I knew it and wanted my money back or I would report them. They told me they will report me and this is where we stand. I have proof they are lying and are scams.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the smog they never did.
