I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11383900, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The only problem I had with ACE was their refund policy. I would suggest, to ACE for the future, to amend their contract so it is clear to future students about refunds on "special pricing". I chose to withdraw from ACE Surgical Assisting due to unfortunate circumstances outside of ACE. I appreciate ACE Surgical Assisting for their time, help, and support during my enrollment with ACE.
