Few days before 08/13/2015, I received a business card (pages 5 & 6 in the attached document) from the business. They also included my complaint (page 2) and your letter to the business (page 3). Page 4 is "original" receipt which I received from taxi driver - the reason for my complaint. Page 1 is from Credit card company which I received before calling the business and then filing a complaint to Revdex.com. I cannot use any of the above as credible proof of purchase for an institution in another country. I need the proper receipt (page 4 kept by business and showing all details would be acceptable). Therefore, the business still did not resolve this complaint to my satisfaction. Thank you, [redacted]
