I requested to speak with a Supervisor on a credit application on 6/23/2016, as of this entry, I still have not heard from anyone at GallsThis is extremely POOR costumer serviceI do customer service for a livingI would be following up with my supervisor, costumer till the customer was taken care ofI am so frustrated at this company that My department will be doing business with another vendorEveryone who asks me about Galls, I tell them of my troubles with the Home officeI used to do all my business with this company NEVER Again

When I reached out to the help desk via email the customer representative told me if I can send them a code or ad. I mentioned it was on their website on 9/12/15.
They refuse to match price. I have decided to return entire order, stop purchasing from them and
Tell as many people about my experience.

I’m a deputy sheriff in Texas and I had a three day window to order a vest carrier for a detail. I went to Galls web-site to order one, it showed they had several in stock. I placed by order and when my order confrontation came up it said that the vest was on back order. I checked my bank account and they had already taken the $220 dollars, $34 was for two day shipping. I called Galls customer assistance and she stated that the vest was in, but I needed to e-mail a copy of my police ID because it said “sheriff” on the vest. I sent the e-mail and called back about an hour later and spoke with a ‘[redacted]’ who stated the vest was out-of-stock. Then she checked further and said, “Oh never, mind, it’s here, I just need my ID info and the person that does that, [redacted], was at lunch”, but she would have her call me and took my number. After never receiving a phone call five minutes till Galls closed I called back and spoke with a [redacted] who stated he also does the ID verification and he told me ‘rudely’ that it wasn’t in stock even though the first two customer service reps said it was. He then was very argumentative when I explained that the purchase had already hit my bank account and that I could have drove the hour and half to Houston to buy from another provider if I hadn’t sit around all day waiting on their phone call which never came. He argued over and over that they don’t bill until they ship the item, I explained that I was looking at my account and they had charged me and I question him why the other two customer service Reps I spoke with stated the item was in stock. I canceled the order and my account with Galls. After the phone called ended I went back to their web-site and looked at the item again and it show 15 in stock.
