After speaking with the "manager" of Ace Ticket, who continued the trend of being rude and unreasonable, even he was forced to admit that his company has not sold one single ticket in Section for even remotely close to the dollar amount that we were charged for these ticketsHe is relying on a confirmation e-mail drafted by his company AFTER we selected our Section tickets and paid for themAt this point I am convinced this company is running a bait and switch operation where you think you are paying for a high quality product (and paying top dollar) only to be surprised when you get tickets that aren't worth half of what you paid for them, even according to their own websiteYou have given me no choice but to expose this fraudulent company and this bait and switch scandal to any media outlet that is willing to listenI may never recover my hard earned money but hopefully other unsuspecting buyers will know to steer clear of you and your shady business practices in the future Regards, [redacted]

After reviewing all details of this transaction, Ace Ticket confirmed the tickets that were purchased were in Section and the order was fulfilled with the tickets that were purchased We refunded the difference between the sale price and what the seller was paid We offered for the reminder of the purchase price to be applied as a store credit that will never expire The buyer refused the credit Attached is the purchase confirmation, affirming the location of the tickets purchased

On January 18th *** called Ace Ticket and placed an order for "A Curious Incident"The order was charged on that phone callThe customer then called to cancel the orderWe don't typically allow this as All Sales are Final but since the order had just been placed we made an exceptionThe
order was credited in full by 1/No further charges were put throughThe delay in seeing the charge and the credit is likely due to bank posting timesSome banks show charges and credits right awayIn any event by 1/all charges made to Ace Ticket had already been reversedOur apologies on any confusion in delivering this message to the customerIf the rep indicated the order wouldn't be charged that was definitely not accurateEvery order we take is charged immediatelyIn this instance the order was also refunded in full per the customer's request

At this point I am convinced this company is running a bait and switch operation where you think you are paying for a high quality product (and paying top dollar) only to be surprised when you get tickets that aren't worth half of what you paid for them, even according to their own website. You have given me no choice but to expose this fraudulent company and this bait and switch scandal to any media outlet that is willing to listen.
