I was referred by Rimco to go get my rim fixed which was crackedBefore going to ace I called several times because I work long hoursI called to see if they would have a loaner tire before going inI was told on the phone they had one, I get up there minutes after calling and they don't have the tireAfter asking questions about how long would the process take it was explained to me it'll be about hours to fixI asked why so long the dude explained that there is t a first come first serve because of someone came in paying more money than I did they would push me behind that particular personHe said I could take to the manager which he was very rude and treated me like crap he was extremely unprofessional and I felt as though my money wasn't good enough for themHe explained to me how he didn't care if I went else where and couldn't conduct business properlyI went to zachs tire and got everything handled and got my rim back the next day with no problems
