[redacted], Jescraft did stand by their warranty to repair or replace the tank and pay for it to be returned to them as well as shipping back to you.  You chose not to go this route.  Making your own repairs to the tank voids all warranties.

Your reply is not accurate and fails to address a solution to the problem. Your warranty says you will repair or replace a defective tank. These are the facts:1. I purchased the tank from you for $1570.00 and paid in full2. The tank leaked and could not be used. It was never tested. 3. I repaired the tank and put it into service. I have pictures to prove my complaint.4. This was the least expensive way to correct the problem. 5. Do the right thing and reimburse for my time and labor.

The customer purchased this merchandise in August 2015.  We first learned of any trouble on June [redacted] 2016.  I reached out to the manufacuter immediately to find out if they knew anything.  I found out that they were dealing with the customer soon after purchase and offered to send...

him a call tag to pick up the defective merchandsie as well as send him a new unit but the customer did not want this.  He then made adjustemtns to the unit and sent us a bill.  We are not resonsible for repairs 10 months after purchase and being as though the manufacturer tried to make this right with the customer in the begining.  Please let me know if yuo need anything else.

Ordered and received two Festool MFT/3 replacement tops. Both arrived damaged, one so much that I sent it back. They received it back but will not issue refund. Lousy shipping and piss-poor customer service. Here's hoping you fail.

Review: On 8/**/13 I purchased a Bosch 11536Vsr 36V 1 Sds-Plus Rotary Hammer drill from ACE Tool's website. The total amount including shipping was $651.55. (Order number [redacted])

I received the following email the day the order was placed and credit card was charged. To date I have not received the item ordered nor have I been able to get a response from them in regards to my the status of this order after a number of emails sent. I have also attempted to call on the weekend when the phone just rings.

not on weekends. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused him, however we did communicate the following day that the item was not available.

Review: We bought 4 pairs of the black and tan blaklader work pants from Ace Tool at the world of concrete expo in las Vegas for some of our employees. The sizing on the pants was different then other pants so we needed to exchange 3 of them. In February of 2015 I sent the pants back to Ace Tool after talking with someone to confirm we could exchange them. It's now almost July and after many phone calls and talking with two different people we still have not received the order. Each week they promise that they have been shipped and then the next week they have a new excuse and still don't ship the pants.Desired Settlement: I really would just like for them to actually ship the pants. Clearly that seems like a challenge so even a refund would be fine.
