The customer purchased this merchandise in August We first learned of any trouble on June [redacted] I reached out to the manufacuter immediately to find out if they knew anything I found out that they were dealing with the customer soon after purchase and offered to send him a call tag to pick up the defective merchandsie as well as send him a new unit but the customer did not want this He then made adjustemtns to the unit and sent us a bill We are not resonsible for repairs months after purchase and being as though the manufacturer tried to make this right with the customer in the begining Please let me know if yuo need anything else
