I am rejecting this response because: We gave them three different chances to fix the issue and the issue was NOT fixed. We had to take it somewhere else and even the new company stated that the work that wasdone was substandard and the cooling unit that was replaced was again, substandard. I am not asking for anything more than what we paid for, however since you decided to hotrod OUR vehicle around without our permission (found children's toys in it as well) we should. We want back what wepaid you for that we did not receive.
