Ace Vending

in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.December 5th was a separate dispute, I use their vending machines every weekend. I have contacted Ace Vending and spoke with them three times about losing $9.20 in January 2015. (2 pizzas and 2 bags of chips) They said they mailed out my refund and wouldn't send it again even though I never received it. The attendant filling the machine up refuses to write down people's names that lost money and refuse to replace the food. They say call the company. I don't understand how there is no record of me talking to the company in January when I spoke to two different ladies, three separate times. They were in the refund department.

This business has several vending machines located at the Department of Corrections. I travel several hours, twice a month to visitation at the ASP CACF facility in Florence, Arizona. Every time I deposit the proper change in the vending machine, it takes it without returning it, the food hardly makes it out of the vending machine and the food seems to not be restock correctly. The food seems jammed up and the machine always stops working. The machines are out dated and not maintained properly. As it is it's expensive to purchase an item and then to have the machine either take your money or to stop working correctly is not acceptable for this company to continue to be allowed to have out dated vending machines that just steals your money.

AS stated before they are telling me they do not have any record of her calling please have here reach out to myself and we will resolve the issue
