Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I believe that the response from the company only further proves that my complaint is in fact valid The first payment was due on 9/18/ The company has has chosen to word their response the following way, "On the first payment due date which was 9/18/15, she has not made her payment according to our contract then on 10/2/she has not made her payments which was her second payment due..." This wording alone makes it sound as if by 10/02/I had not paid ANY amount of my car note This is simply not the case The first amount of $was paid on 9/19/2015, the day after the due date As the business representative was harassing me by telephone, from his PERSONAL cell phone less than hours beyond the due date, a friend of mine was LITERALLY pulling into the parking lot to make the payment Thus my payment was up to date and currentFurther, the second payment due 10/02/was paid on 10/03/ For this payment I came into the business with $cash and requested to use my debit card for the remaining $ The business' card reader was unable to read themagnetic strip on my card I told the business representative that I would return with the last bit later that day.I would like to point out that at this time the business rep expected me to leave the business without receipt of the $I had just paid him I do not believe it is proper business practice for a customer to be ASKED to leave without a receipt for monies paid I declined and received a receipt for the partial payment.Being that the bank was already closed and I could not use my ATM card as the magnetic strip was damaged, and added to that I was called into work early, I was unable to return to the business before they closed At 4:pm the business representative sent me a text message from his PERSONAL CELL PHONE stating "Repo Notice will be send out by mail on Monday for the remaining balance of your payment." At this point I was absolutely LIVID to have been threatened with repossession over $ At this point I called the business owner and went on a verbal tirade that resulted in this complaint being filed to begin with The remaining $was paid on 10/05/ Thus my payment is STILL current.I have attached copies of the above mentioned text messages as well as receipts for payments made on 10/2/which also shows that the first payment of $had been made I am currently at work, the receipt for the payment made 9/19/will be emailed once I have returned home for the evening There was absolutely NOTHING kind about the business reps communication with me He is very rude and condescending which I believe the tone of his response demonstrates And I cannot even begin to address the extremely poor grammar in the letter I believe this just further proves how UNPROFESSIONAL this company is Why did the business owner feel the need to address "inflation"? First, I'm not sure that this is even the word that he is wanting to use I am not sure what inflation has to do with my up to date, current, and paid car payment. However I am well aware that this business representative is INCREDIBLY condescending, I also stated such in my Facebook post This is his not-so-veiled way of saying "we understand if you don't have the money." To imply that I make my payments THE DAY AFTER IT IS DUE because I don't have the money to pay it is disrespectful to a level that I simply cannot accurately express Even in his response the business rep CONTINUES to be condescending and disrespectful In the "supporting documentation" sent by the company I implore the Revdex.com to note the VERY LAST COMMENT on the picture of my Facebook post sent to you by the business It reads, "A friend bought a car he always paid for it on Wednesday but the payment wasn't due until Saturdayone time that he did not pay for it on that Wednesday do you know they called his house and bug that man for days straight and his payment wasn't due until that Saturday." In an attempt to discredit me the business actually proves that there are OTHER PEOPLE whom they've also harassed I am just the first to actually complain.Yes, I posted a very venomous status about this dismal business on Facebook And I am glad the business owner saw it, because it is true I stand behind every single word of the post and my comments I cannot accurately convey how INCREDIBLY rude to me this business has been through emails and digital conversations but I assure you that I am not the first person they have treated this way And because I had been disrespected by this man, I DID say that I would throw the money for my next payment in his face Disrespect unfortunately sometimes yields disrespect in return In closing, this disrespectful, condescending, poorly written and deceitful response is not to my satisfaction.Sincerely,*** ** ***

Business stated customer purchased the car As-is.  She then took the car to a different dealership who offered a different car for the same money.  Customer came back and wanted to return the car and her down payment monies back stating that she looked up the car on the internet and...

learned it had the potential of issues in the future.  The customer should have researched the car prior to making the purchase.  In a good will gesture, the monies have been refunded and the car was returned.
