Review: I purchased a [redacted] wood insert fireplace from Ace over the phone at the end of June 2014.It was picked up by my contractor in the middle of July 2014 and brought to my home under construction. It was determined when opened it was not compatable with the construction. I reached out to Ace corporate to see if they offered another type unit to exchange it. they advised me by emailthey did not offer one and to return it to the Ace where purchased. My contractor returned it and received a written receipt that they accepted the unit and was now in their posession. I contacted ace after a few weeks regarding credit to my charge account. I was then advised I could not return it. the sales receipt says nothing about not being returnable and I had been instructed by Act to return it. They have the unit and will not return my money. I cannot use it.Desired Settlement: refund monies to [redacted] card
