Review: On January **, 2015 called this company to settle my account of $241 over the phone with the person named [redacted] who from what I've been told is in charge of billing.Well, on January **, 2015 my credit card was charged an additional $251. I called them on the next day, and spoke with [redacted] whom had explained that I was charged accidentally because "the system" did an automatic billing. She said she would inform the appropriate parties of the error and I should receive a credit to my account within 5 business days. I called back the following Wednesday and was told the same story. The following week, it was the same story. During the second week of February I was charged the monthly service fee, which reduced my credit to $184.30. I emailed [redacted] on February [redacted], and requested to terminate my subscription immediately, and [redacted] sends and email stating that my account had been closed and I was due a credit of $184.30. [redacted] has been emailed on 3/*/15, 3/*/15, 3/*/15, & 3/**/15, and she gives the same response about how someone in corporate is handling it and I should see a credit soon. It's been almost three months, and I still have not gotten my money returned to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to put this problem to rest. All I want is the money back, which was taken without the lame excuses.

Review: Their service was horrible. My name was stated incorrectly. My clients were told that I was a male when I am a female. There was no response to my complaints. I called to cancel my service. They said that they would call me back, they did not. I called again, no return phone call. Finally, they told me to email that I wanted to cancel because it had to be in writing. I emailed telling them that I wanted to cancel and give my 30 days notice. I asked that they please let me know what my last date of service would be so that there was no interruption.. No response. They sent a bill.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund or cancel the debt for every charge incurred after thirty days after my cancellation email.

Review: Have been with Acena for over 6 years.

Called Acena 5 times in over a week to get 2013 invoices for the company for our attorney.

Their account person never returns the call.

messages were left with the supervisor and escalated, but there is no response .

If this is how you treat a customer who is with you for over 6 years. Don't know what to expect from this company.Desired Settlement: provide the information I need at the earliest.
