approved do to there credit.second I do not power book any of my cars as in this case there was a option on the on the book out that there wasn't on the car , and so fort she did give me a down payment of a 1000 dollars and I need another 1000 to make the deal complete like I told her in the beging of the deal and she agreed to that which I told her she can make payments on to defer the down ,I let her drive the car for over 3 weeks expecting the rest of the down payment which she has promise to make and her mother came in begging to help out her daughter so I was kind enough to help them out. The loan had got approved and the bank put the money in my account with out my permission so I sent back the money to my lender pelican finance and I have the check to prove that ,the bank called her and forced her to make the monthly payment which miss [redacted] was not responsible for and she so the bank is going to refund her money for that , as for the down payment I did ask miss [redacted] to drop off the car for she had never brought back any more money for the car I offer to give the down payment back at the time dropped off the car when she dropped off the car I was going to give her the down payment back and she told me to hold it cause she was going to bring the the rest of the down payment for us to complete the deal and to hold the car for her I told her I up to a week and if she didn't come up with the rest I will only give her half of the down payment do that she drove the car for over 3 weeks and dirty it and had to do detail and oil change for those expences she call me and I told her that and she started flipping out it just another case of people trying to get something for free I got proof the bank will refund her 500 payment and I will give her 500 back but she has not responded to my calls or text till I see this complaint if have any more question please call me at ###-###-#### thanks [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Update on my case.... It's been almost four months since I had to return the chevy Cruze due to the dealer "buying back the deal" from the finance company, he has yet refunded me my 1000 dollars down payment. On the 5th of October had to contact this man [redacted] for my refund and his excuse is since business been slow he can only can give me 200 and wait until he sells another vehicle for him to give me another 200 dollars. He sold over 10 cars since July but still won't give me my refund in full amount. I asked [redacted] politely for my hard earned money that he took and he hangs the phone up in my face but he knew how to contact me when he wanted me to re-write a contract for a car that I was already approved for. This is my last complaint on this business but as a woman always take a man with you when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Dealers like [redacted] will take advantage of women who have no knowledge of the business. Go to reputable dealers like [redacted] or [redacted] and they are willing to put you in a brand new car with no behavior like this man on [redacted].I just want my refund.... I'm not going away until he gives my refund
