The business, Ace's Deals sent me a money order for $200 and it arrived over the weekend.
The Revdex.com clearly had a profound impact and I thank you.  My next option was small claims court and both sides pay a cost to go there.

He has been refunded $200 in a money order which he received today via priority mail. He will not receive any more than that because the fact that I was probably one of the 3 legitimate businesses at the car show/flea market and he purchased the items with a return/exchange guarentee if defective....

Not my problem if his kids can't fly a toy drone. Not only did he not pat sales tax but was given discount. We paid the sales tax and he has nerve to complain. Thats why legitimate bussinesses will not frequent fle markets because of people like him. He got his refund even tho he did not deserve it and lied about our service.

Review: ON AUGUST ** OF 2014, MY WIFE AND I WHILE VISITING THE PLANTING FIELDS CAME ACROSS A CAR SHOW. THERE WE MET [redacted] OF ACES DEALS). HE CONVINCED US THAT OUR NINE YEAR OLD GRANDSON COULD EASILY FLY THE DRONES HE HAD FOR SALE. IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM, HE SAID WE COULD RETURN THEM. SO WE PURCHASED THREE (TWO FOR $85, BOTH HUBSAN S4'S AND ONE FOR $35, A NANO 3D). HE COULD NOT DO A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION, SO WE PAID CASH.WHEN MY GRANDSON FIRST FLEW HIS (THE $85 MODEL) THE FOLLOWING WEEK, A LIGHT BREEZE TOOK IT OVER THE ROOF AND IT WAS NEVER FOUND. THE FOLLOWING WEEK I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR [redacted] WHO RETURNED THE CALL AND AFTER SAYING HE WOULD GO OUT OF HIS WAY AND ACCEPT A RETURN, ADVISED HOW TO RETURN THE UNUSED DRONES. THE DRONES AND THE BOX, CONTROLLER, EXTRA PARTS, ETC. FOR THE MISSING DRONE WERE RETURNED ([redacted] TRACKING [redacted]) AT THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER. IN EARLY OCTOBER I CALLED [redacted] AND HE APOLOGIZED CLAIMING MY RETURN ADDRESS WAS TOSSED WITH THE BOX AND HE WOULD SENT A MONEY ORDER IMMEDIATELY. I GAVE HIM THE ADDRESS. ON OCTOBER **, I CALLED BACK AND HE CLAIMED THE CHECK WAS RETURNED AS IT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ZIP CODE ([redacted] INSTEAD OF [redacted]) AND HE WOULD RUSH IT TO ME (I RECORDED THIS CALL). ON OCTOBER **, I CALLED ONLY TO BE TOLD HE WAS OUT AND WOULD RETURN IN AN HOUR. I CALLED BACK THREE HOURS LATER AND NO ONE ANSWERED, SO I LEFT A MESSAGE. OBVIOUSLY, I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND AM OUT $205 PLUS THE RETURN COSTS.Desired Settlement: WHILE THE THREE DRONES COST $205, I RETURNED TWO NEW DRONES ALONG WITH THE BOX, CONTROLLER, CHARGER, PROPELLERS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MISSING DRONE. I ALSO PAID $12 FOR THE RETURN. SO AT A MINIMUM, I SHOULD RECEIVE $132 AND AT A MAXIMUM $217. I HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT AND ACCOMMODATING ONLY TO BE LIED TOO FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE AS THERE WAS NO WAY MY 9 YEAR OLD GRANDSON (AND THE SMALLER ONE HE SAID WAS PERFECT FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER). CLEARLY, THOSE WERE LIES.

Review: I sent them payment 2 weeks, They refuse to advise me on when my product will be shipped.Desired Settlement: Recieve my order in full or full return of puchase price and $99.00 shipping charge.
