its a rare spring. We also told her do not use your door when there is a broken spring it may cause damage. She failed to listen to us and kept using her door and she ended up breaking her door and motor because she kept using the door with the broken spring her home warranty of bpg does not cover the door or secondary damage that she caused. She also was very heard to reach because of her job and she always wanted late afternoon appointments. she wanted after hours but bpg authorization does not open after hours.

I did not want after hour appointments. I am not heard to reach. I have an answer machine on both numbers. I did not cause the garage door to break. They did not order the spring for the garage. After two weeks of waiting they still did not have the spring for the garage door. I called another garage door company and they had the spring within a day. How can they same type of company not have a spring for the garage door after 2 weeks when another company had the spring within 24 hours??
