Review: Contractor was responsible for carting off all waste material when building retaining wall. After being paid balance for wall, contractor reported that he was calling carting company to remove dumpster from driveway. However he later emails me invoice for carting services, which has his name on top and tells me that I am responsible for carting bill. Carting company is refusing to remove dumpster from my driveway until bill is paid.Desired Settlement: Contractor should pay carting company to remove dumpster immediately from my driveway.

Review: The first week of December 2014 we called [redacted] looking for a [redacted] told us to call ACF. [redacted] at ACF sent a [redacted] to our house. The [redacted] gave us an estimate to replace our attic stairs and asked for a $300 deposit. We gave the [redacted] a $300 deposit and he was leaving without giving us a receipt until we asked for one. He wrote up a handwritten receipt and we never saw him again. First we called him many times, he promised to come and never showed. Then he stopped answering his phone. We called [redacted] who made a note of our complaint and they told us to call [redacted] at ACF. We made many calls to [redacted] at ACF and were promised the money since the second week of December 2014 and we never got it. Our last contact with [redacted] at ACF was Monday, January **, 2015. Every time we call [redacted], he promises us the money, we wait at the house, and he never shows. Then [redacted] stopped answering his phone. We then called [redacted] on 1/**/15 and they asked us to fax them a copy of the [redacted] receipt which we did. Never heard back from [redacted]. Today (1/**/15) I called [redacted] and got [redacted]'s voicemail. I left her a msg asking why I haven't heard back from [redacted] since 1/** and to tell her to date we still have not received our $300 from [redacted] at ACF. [redacted] never returned our call.Desired Settlement: ACF should be reported on Revdex.com as a company that should not be dealt with. Refund
