In this particular instance we were never able to secure properly signed paperwork from the customer*** even admits he did not send us the check for the advance payment; a requirement with all of our contracts. We also require a copy of the completed title work from the dealer; which is something we were never able to secure If they have a copy of a properly executed title we would sure like to a chance to review The same can be said for the Certificate of Insurance, we provided instructions but did not receive a properly completed copy. The very fact that we were chasing down paperwork from the dealer and insurance agent WITHOUT properly executed contracts AND the check for the advance payment demonstrates we went above and beyond for this customer. In the end no money changed hands and we made the decision that the customer would be better off securing his financing elsewhere
