May 16, 2017, smelled gas called Baumberger H&C technician promised to come right away, came four hours later Said he could not get the rusted top off the outside gas meter to do a positive check Used a hand held device said I had no gas leak wrote me a bill for $ which I wrote a check and paid I called the gas company about the rusty meter Columbia Gas of OH came right out They removed the top off the meter and ran a check They found two leaks, one out side that was theirs and they repaired itOne inside, they shut off my gas and said I had to call some one to fix it I called Baumberger They came they claimed I had five leaks They charged $ Gas is back on Baumberger failed to tell me I needed to call the gas company They wanted the money and found no leaks The gas company charges no money for their serviceThey said I had one leak inside Baumberger said I had five leaks who is lying I talked to a Tim who claimed he was the service manager,
