Review: ACHA Construction Inc was hired to put a new roof on my house. This took place in the middle of December 2011. By November of 2012 shingles began to fall off. Since March of 2013, I have called ACHA on a bi-weekly basis asking for someone to come out and fix the shingles. The roof and shingles are under a 30 year warranty. In recent months, I have called twice a week. Finally after threatening to get the Revdex.com and PA Attorney General's office involved, [redacted] aka [redacted] Acha came to my house on November 4, 2013 where he insisted he would be out on November 6, 2013 to fix the roof. November 6th came and went without [redacted] aka [redacted] showing up to fix the job as promised. Despite more phone calls, he has yet to fix the problem. My roof needs to be fixed by the responsible party.Desired Settlement: Roof is under a 30 year warranty. ACHA Construction Inc. needs to maintain this responsibility for those 30 years and honor the fixing of the roof at any point throughout that time. All background checks should be complete with this company. Including valid licensure information. Could have given fraudulent information.
