Just to clarify the situation with *** *** We installed custom stone work on the front of *** *** garage that we built for him. We had a failure in our officeto get a Change Order over to him. I only asked *** *** to pay the cost of the stone work since he wanted it done
and the stone work was not included in the originalcontract. He refused to pay anything for the stone work, and sent in his final payment which included nothing for the stone work that he received. No one from our office has had any contact with M** *** since we received his final payment. We have no desire to have any contact with him on any level. We have closed out his file, and consider it finalized!
