Review: On Mar-April 2014 I ordered my son's graduation ring for June 2014, this has been very frustrating for me and very disapointed as of yet July 2015 I have not received my son's graduation ring. I was charged on my credit card 100.00 with a balance of 187.83. After so many attempts emails/phones calls; On Feb, 2014 I received from Ivan P[redacted] that they received the ring and I had a balance. Few days I called to make sure they did have the ring so I can pay the balance at this point they lost my order again. As of yet I have not received a phone call or email from this person. an My son is on his 2nd year of college and no high school ring. I have called numerous of times, I have left messages and also I have emailed them as well to ([redacted] They had no consideration that this was a gift for my son eventhough I had asked them if they was able to meet my request and Mr. Ivan advised me that they had no problem. I have giving them plenty opportunities to actually send me my ring. Its been 2 years how can they stay in business. they are too focus on other request that they did not care for mine. Mr. P[redacted] was aware that this was a gift for my son's graduation that this means a lot to my son and I really wanted this ring. I have emails that I have sent them as proof. please let me know if you need any other information. I also have an invoice however since I cant trust them due to their poor customer service. I need someone to help me on this issue. I am available for any questions you may have. Thank you in advance. this ring is for my son - [redacted] graduated - [redacted] June 2014Desired Settlement: I want my son's graduation ring or my refund on my card. I want to see what they can do for me if they really have the ring like they said...they should not charge me. I was not able to give my son his present on the day of his graduation like they promissed me back in 2014 :(

Complaint was resolved and consumer has product.There was a balance owed on ring. We do not deliver merchandise that hasn't been fully paid for.Once balance was paid, we shipped merchandise directly to consumers work address.Customer has confirmed receipt of merchandise to us.
