purchased our StaWebsite Package with a sales representative Tom K*** on January 29, She completed our design survey the day of her purchase and gave us details on what she wanted out of her new website*** expressed she wanted to keep her current domain name and we let her know once the design is complete we will need the domain log in information to transfer her new website to the domain*** was also advised that as our job is to design the website professionally around her business, her responsibility is to make sure she had products ready so we can turn the website live as soon as the website design was completeThe design was complete by February and Tom had contacted her for the domain information to be able to make her new website liveOur support team recommended we wait to make her website live until she has products on the website so she doesn't have an empty storeShe informed Tom at that meeting that she was having a hard time getting her products transferred over from her past website and we advised her to contact her previous design company to get the log in information for the back end of the website to transfer the productsAt the end of that conversation, *** understood why we could not turn her website live and said she would have her products ready in the next few weeks
Tom called *** on February and she let us know she was almost done with getting her inventory and asked us how things were going on our endWe reminded her that we have been complete on the design and we were waiting for her inventory to be ready to get her website liveShe had a chance to look at the preview of the completed web design and had asked for a few minor changes to be made on the website which is completely expectedMelissa, from the design team, reached out to her the same day to get the changes she would like to see
*** purchased our least expensive design package, which did not include product uploadMelissa acknowledged that *** did not know how to upload her own products so we did that service complimentary free of chargeThe logos she had sent over were very low quality and when placed on the website it appeared very pixelatedWe told her we would create her a basic logo free of charge*** also did not have any of her own photos for her products and Melissa had offered we would purchase professional stock photos (free of charge for ***) so she would not be delayed any longer
By March 4, our design team had made the changes as she requested, uploaded all of her inventory and purchased and placed the stock photos onto the websiteAfter the changes were made, *** stated that she was unhappy with the photos that were chosen and she was unhappy with the order the products were placedShe also did not like the logo that was created and asked again why we did not use the ones she providedMelissa reminded her that she did not have any of her own photos or logos to use and regardless of her purchasing the basic web design package, we felt we went above and beyond to get her on pace(Those images and logo have been attached to this complaint response.)
*** had then stopped communicating with our design and support team, stopped returning our calls and filed a dispute with her credit card company stating she never received any workAchieve does not have *** ***'s $1,to refund, it is in limbo with the bank chargeback systemHer domain name still remains live with her old website and we still have her new web design sitting ready on our server. We would have preferred to continue working with *** until she was satisfied, but being that she filed a charge back with her credit card, her account has been placed on hold until that billing matter is resolved

Good Afternoon, That service agreement and services were canceled and credited towards our web design services in March of 2016.  On 1/27/16 [redacted] hired Achieve KI for business consulting services. For personal reasons, [redacted] felt that he could not benefit from our business consulting...

but needed web design services. We agreed we would transfer his previous investment towards design and marketing services. On 3/18/2016, we canceled the 1/27/16 contract and credited the entire investment from the consulting services towards our premium website package, hosting, content services, social media creation and marketing services. I have attached the service agreement showing that the set up fee from the 1/27/16 contract was canceled and credited to the 3/18/16 contract which is why the cost for the premium site and marketing services reflects $0.00.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: it is absolutely not the truth! As I said in my complaint, I based my decision to sign with Achieve because of the answers I got on my specific questions. I wanted to use my store photo as my logo which I knew could be used because it was on my existing web site! Also I asked if my inventory photos could be used, and I received an affirmative on both questions and told this was no problem! These were the most important factors in deciding to work with Achieve, but I did not record the phone conversation so this is easy for them to deny.
If you will read my complaint, you will see that they have denied everything. For example, to get my products to them, I was given a spread sheet to fill out which took me days to do. I sent Melissa photos of every one of my products, so to say I did not have these is just not the truth. They were on my existing web site!! She also chose generic photos to use in the categories....one in particular was a photo of burning candles, and my products were LED FLAMELESS candles! I even sent these category photos for her to use! Also, when I told Mike I absolutely could not use that inferior logo, he said he would work on something and get back to me which he never did.
My complaint about the order the products were in was because some were in the wrong category, and this was NEVER corrected! I was told until the site was complete, it would stay in the maintenance mode, but they decided to make it live without any of the errors being corrected. I had to send three or four emails to get them to take the site back to maintenance.
I could go on and on with every thing they said in their reply, but there is not enough space to do so. They did not fulfill their obligations as a reputable company, and I could not let the site that they said was complete to be put online. How can a site be complete when no errors were corrected, and they would not use photos I sent?
