Achieve Technologies, L.L.C.

Company deceptively got my personal & credit card details & charged my credit card without my authorization.
This company got access to my personal & credit card details from another company I thought was the only company I was purchasing this service by credit card on April 14, 2011 for the amount of $3,749.00, Achieve Technologies was never disclosed to me before or after them asking for my payment method. If the initial company had told me who is affiliated with this service & disclose all the details with your purchase like they are required to by Federal law, I could have did my due diligence & researched Achieve Technologies which I would have found numerous complaints about them & that's why I am having to go through this process because since Achieve Technologies aquired my personal & credit card details without my consent they have all the information & answers to say when the credit card dispute team contacts them, I am telling you this because Achieve Technologies did make false statements to the dispute team by saying that I enrolled in their program which is not true because I did not even know that this company was involved, in the client agreement it does not state anything about this company.

If I did authorize this purchase from Achieve Technologies I would have a document showing my signature and this companies name, but there is no such document. If this company does respond to this, please ask them to show proof I authorized this charge from them & it has to have Achieve Technologies to show I authorized it.

This company needs to stop bringing the 3 day cancellation rule for the denial of my refund because they are trying to use the law when they broke the law it in the first place by charging my credit card without my knowledge & authorization.
