Good evening *** *** I apologize that it took so long to replyI had a busy day, so here's my response to *** ***, this is her sons second year with our ProgramThe things that she stated are not true, First of all we have a No Refund PolicySecondly she made mention that she paid
our program dollars and that's not true she actually paid dollarsShes overly concerned about other Parents payments and businessAs the letter stated, for me to call and rectify the situation with herWell she blew me off with Im at work, and she hung up in my face but she sat up and texted me for an hour. She said that we took her monies and ran, that's untrue, we had issues with Parents not paying in a timely mannerOr coming to practice inside the gym when we paid for it, Yes they practiced outside for about weeks or so and then it was Christmas breakBut that was do to the place where we rent the gym at had there Basketball League starting PracticeBut guess who Idea it was to practice outside Janet and a few other practice her words in several different times( A practice is a practice ) rather outside or insideThis was no the first time we played outside, and these were scheduled practice and the Parents agreed to bring them.A few children did have colds but we cant say that it was related to our basketball practiceWe offer the service we ATD has no control over the parents decision to bring them to outside PracticesAfter Christmas break was over they we went back into and this was January So here we are in January its time to make payments *** pays on time dont get me wrongBut about 20% of then doesn't, so practice is in the gym nowThey were half coming to practiceor if we try to book tournaments either *** or another Parent would say they are having bday parties or they are off playing basketball with other leaguesThe reason why we postpone the Tournament was due to lack of Parent participation with making sure there payments were madeSo I told them that I will set them up with a Tournament in FebruaryMy husband and I made some adjustments within the company where Parents had to come through me for Payments and information Not a CoachShe didn't agree with the way my husband and I chose to handle things, since all of the parents had to go through me and not my husband or our other coaches it was a issue for herSo as promise I set up the Tournament for them in Feb and they never showed up or respondedI text all the parents our Coach texted all the parents as well about the Tournament, but they went to another eventI had to call the tournament Host and cancel and that's a bad lookSo in effort to bring things back together full circle, On March 3rd we had a ATD sign up in which two of the parents called me a few days prior to the eventWe explained that they could come out so that we could let them know what was going onOnly one of the teammates for the team showed upShe also stated that she was unable to get information from me, well she was in constant communication with one of my coaches on a regular basesi also text her and her husband on the same thread just in case she didn't get the messageShe also said that they didn't have a tournament. Well that's where we figured out that something was going on with either my phone or hersShe called my phone and it worked, but for some odd reason she couldn't contact me well when I called yesterday she picked up with Who is thisWith all of that being said she signed the No Refund Policy so were not at liberty of refunding any moniesAs far as the tournaments are concern we set the prices for the tournaments based off of what we're charged to enter, and how many actually pay for the tournamentsTournament fees goes to the tournament Host , Monthly fees goes to gym, and any ATD equipment or day to day opperationshere’s a copy of her Registration paymentAnd a copy of her Application with the attached no refund declarationI don’t know why Mrs *** *** wants to cause problemsAs I stated before once my husband left everything Admin wise and booking tournamentsTo stick to coaching and less dealing with the parents ( they didnt like that )And the fact that she didn’t have any direct contact to my husband anymore she was upset.
