10/7/Upon enrollment we are very specific that you have months of
coachingYou are told, based on the program cost that you could afford,
$2,550, that there were two phases of the coachingPhase and Phase Your
initial
phase is where you have those one-on-one coaching sessionsIn your
specific case, that was coaching sessionsAfter those sessions are complete
you then have coaching through the Coaching Support Team for the remainder of
the monthsAgain, this is very specific within your agreement but more
importantly, based on call recordings I reviewed, these facts were outlined to
you during all enrollment calls
You have not once used the resources through the Coaching
Support Team based on all system notes and time stamps we keep with your
student account records
Our Student Care department spoke to you on 1/4/as we
provided you the login information to your learning platform (website)Your
program was through Personal Development and all PD material is up to dateThe
specific website we had you login to, has new written courses and material each
weekThese are not out datedThere was an older website that you also had
access to which had different program courses available to you if you had
decided to actually use those materials, but those were not the materials that
were specific to your Personal Development course that you purchasedThey were
just there in the event you wanted supplemental material for other
opportunities you may be interested
When you enrolled into our program you were unable to make
the payment in fullSo, you were financedThis way you could pay for the
coaching on a monthly basisI am not sure why you would state that we do not
offer this option since it is the very option you have for your coaching
program with us todayThis is a loan that you have and at this point in time I
see that you are delinquent with your payments with the bank
We are sorry that you feel you have not received value from
the coachingI can see why, and that is because you are not doing your part
based on the mutual agreement that we had with one anotherYou have not once
called in to the Coaching TeamYou have not attended any of our ten, hour
Group coaching calls that take place each weekNor are you actively using the
online website the way it is intended to be usedIf you were to use these
resources consistently and from week to week I am confident you would see the
value you were initially looking for and the program that we represented
correctly form the beginning
That being said, your program will not be cancelled and
there will be no refundAlso, that loan of $2,dollars still has a past due
balance that needs to be paid so you become currentIf that is not paid then
the bank will move forward with negative credit reporting and I would suggest
you avoid that by any means possible
Usually, I suspend accounts when a student’s financing is
past dueHowever, based on your recent frustration I will keep your account
active so you can start to use the program to its fullest now that it is very clear
to you what is exactly expected for you to see value with this programIf
there is no good faith attempt to bring your financial loan current in the
coming weeks then I will have no chose but to suspend your account until we
remedy that loan account
I encourage you to do all you can to maximize the program
resources at this time so you can gain the value the program has to offerI
suggest you call into our Coaching Team next week to start receiving coaching
calls and guidance to help you with your Personal Development goals

There is absolutely no attempt at compromise or resolve of this matter on part of Achieve Today.The so-called "agreement" that Achieve Today claims we have made together, if, in fact, was actually "agreed to" on my part, would have been done so under absolute coercion by Achieve Today and during a state of my own diminished mental capacity due to severe depression-- which, I might add is how Achieve Today gains "clients": by using predatory tactics against people who are at their lowest point in life.If anyone were to listen to the recordings of conversations between myself and Achieve Today, they would surely agree that I "signed" this "contract" under duress. I told Achieve Today that I could not possibly afford the program on a bus driver's salary, to which they quickly responded: "That's only your limiting beliefs talking. If you simply believe that you can afford it, you CAN!"Furthermore, it was impossible to reach out to the coaches, as directed by Achieve Today, or the billing department for that matter-- getting only automated voice services. To say that I did not live up to my end of the agreement is a complete lie. I would love to see the time-stamped evidence of all my usage of said services, though I am willing to bet that it won't happen.This company is nothing more than a hyped up pyramid scheme (I soon started receiving emails stating that I should also become a coach for their company). I have no desire to ever associate myself with this company again, let alone ever continuing the "coaching program". I am so ashamed that I ever fell for this scam.Apparently, Achieve Today deems themselves worthy of payment for their successful defrauding of individuals trying to better themselves, therefore I am willing to call the matter closed if they close the collections account and have it wiped from my credit report. I will eat the $500+ dollars I already paid them and consider it a valuable lesson learned the hard way.Sincerely,

back on 9/26/2014 we explain that there is a renewal fee of $47.95 after 12 months and that you need to cancel that charge to avoid any future billings. The specific verbiage of the contract is as follows: "Automatic Membership Renewal Policy: To ensure you experience no interruption in your access to The Success Center site, we will begin billing $47.95 every month beginning 365 days from today for continued access to all the resources available through Success Center and the Coaching Support Line. In order to avoid being billed for continued access to these resources after your initial year of service has been completed, you must notify Student Care that you wish to discontinue your subscription. As a summary, your purchase includes the recurring charge described above. Recurring charge: $47.95; First Billing: 2015-September-26; Billing period: Monthly. You will be charged this monthly recurring amount to the credit card you provided." You called our billing department on 1/11/2016 and we informed you of this and also informed you that there will be no refunds since those are valid charges pertaining to our mutual agreement with one another. You had access to our services whether you took advantage of those or not. We staff accordingly and because you were active during that time frame, we occurred costs to fulfill and provide you services when/if needed.We will not be refunding any of those monthly charges and we have cancelled out all future charges/billings, so you will not be billed again based on your previous request.
