Initial Business Response /* (1000, 22, 2016/01/25) */
To Whom It May Concern,
Reference to case #XXXXXXXX.
My name is [redacted] and I am the Sr. Manager, Customer Support for Achievers. One of my colleagues was visiting our San Francisco office and found this letter and forwarded it to...

me today (January 25, 2015). The letter was addressed to [redacted] who left Achievers in July 2015 which facilitated the non-response.
[redacted] contacted us by email on September 16, 2015 to inquire about her expired Persona Visa Prepaid Card and she was advised by a member of my staff that the card could not be reissued as it had expired.
I further responded to her by email with the following on November 11, 2015 when we received an email reply from her on the same day.
Hi [redacted],
I hope the day is finding you well. I have looked into your account and I can see that you placed an order for a $250 Prepaid Persona Visa on June 3, 2014 and a second order was placed for a $250 Prepaid Persona Visa on June 4, 2014. Both Visa's expired on June 30, 2015 as per the "Valid Thru" dates printed on the front of both cards. We further reference the expiry date in the catalog, during the order checkout process and in the documentation that accompanies each card.
The Prepaid Persona Visa reward cards are not consumer cards and as such they can carry expiry dates because the value accumulated on the cards was earned through your loyalty program.
I am so sorry to hear that you weren't able to utilize the full amount of your redemption, regrettably any remaining funds expired when the cards expired.
Kindest Regards,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 24, 2016/01/27) */
The business response has not resolved the complaint. However, I've decided not to pursue further as its been over 6 months since I started the inquiry myself l. Thanks for your time and efforts though.
Best,
[redacted]
