Revdex.com: I am contacting you to request that case # [redacted] be reopened.The company working with me to address the issues was moving forward until the case was closedAt that point the lack of communication returned, I was informed all of the work had been completed and yet my neighbors contacted me the next evening (~ 6:45pm) to inform me that there were folks on my roofI contacted the owner who did not want to say that they were his folks working and I informed him that he either claimed the crew as his or I was calling the policeHe finally implied they might be his crew and when asked as to why he indicated the work was completed when it was not he would not answer.In addition this weekend it came to my attention there are additional issues with at least one downspoutIt is not easily visible there is an issue but was clear with the rainThe downspout has been cut too short and not connected into the system to water was running off of the roof onto the sidewalk and along the foundation wall and into my basementI am in the process of contacting my lawyer also regarding this company.If you need any additional information please feel free to contact me at: [redacted] or ###-###-####Thank you in advance for your help with this issue.Regards, Tammie LGerke

This is just to follow up on the complaint and our responseI sensed a bit of sarcasm in your latest response and possibly we did not address your question sufficiently.I'm a lifelong resident of GreenvilleWe opened up our cleaners in and this is the first such complaint we've received.In this case we spoke directly to our customer, Mrs [redacted] , in person as we have over the years whenever questions or problems arise The conversation was very cordial and professionalThe customer was satisfied with the way we addressed the problem and I believe she has been back on occasions since the issueWe value her as a customer and always attempt to please even at our cost.This complaint was apparently came from the customer's husband to whom we have not spokenWe will be more than happy to re-address the issue if our customer is not satisfied.If you have any further questions, you and/or Mrs [redacted] are welcome to call me directly.Kindest regards; [redacted] Owner[redacted]

“Protecting Your American Dream”To Whom It May Concern:American Dream Contractors Ohio (ADCO) performed a variety of repairs at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***All of the work that was performed by our company was done properly and by all building code and company standardsThe work
we performed has not resulted in additional damages to this property.ADCO is not responsible for performing work that the insurance company did not pay forIf additional work needs to be done at this time, the customer should contact their insurance company. ADCO is not responsible for work that was preformed by other contactorsBefore, during, and after we were working at the property mentioned above, the customer had other contractors working on the propertyWe have no idea what work was performed by other contractorsThe damages being claimed may have resulted from work preformed by other contractors without ADCO’s knowledgeWe cannot warranty work we did not perform and because we have no way of telling what was done without our knowledge, we have no obligation to do anything further. As clearly stated in the contract, ADCO is not responsible for pre-existing structural problems with the homeThis may be the source of claimed damages(On the back of the contract)As clearly stated in the contract, ADCO is not responsible for storm related damage after completion of workIf any damage has persisted, it may be a result of new storm related damage(On the back of contract)In sum, our work was done properlyWhen we left the property, the work was complete and the customer was satisfiedThe customer is requesting work not covered by the insurance of which we are not liableThe customer modified our work without our knowledge, voiding any warrantyThe property may have pre-existing conditions of which we are not liable to remedyFinally, additional storm damage since the completion of the work is not our liability. The insurance company paid a total of $34,including the deductibleADCO was paid $27,for the workThe balance on the account is $7,I am happy to provide all bank statements.At this time, ADCO will not be performing any additional work at this property and is not legally obligated to do soADCO worked for months to satisfy this customer and in so doing performed thousands of dollars of additional work that was not paid for by the insurance companyWe did this work out of good faith to try to help ADCO is strongly considering taking legal action to resolve the unpaid bill, as well as additional damages, unpaid invoices and interest (On back of contract) In addition to this, ADCO will be pressing criminal charges against the homeowner on a variety of charges. As well as this letter, (which I have emailed to Lynne Prescott on 7/11/17), I will be mailing the Revdex.com a copy of the insurance packet that shows what the property owner should have paid, as well as a blank copy of our contract with the mentioned points on the back of the contract marked. The issue was not resolved to Mrs*** satisfaction at all or there would be no complaint She has not gone back or will ever go back to Fabricare in the future She did leave the store after being told there was nothing further the business was willing to do and that the destroyed dress must have been a manufacturing error At that time there was no reason to stick around and argue as it was clear Fabricare was not going to take any responsibility for ruining the garment When it was dropped off it was fine, just wrinkled Now there are water spots all over the dress, but apparently it is our problem

We reviewed our records and have no contract for this customer or record of them in our systemI have contacted the customer directly to hear their side of the storyWe think the customer may have mistaken us for a different company with a simliar nameIf the customer can show us a contract and a
copy of the deposit check written to us, we will either complete the repair or refund the money without any issueWe are happy to service this customer in any way possible if they are in fact our customer

We are in the process of resolving this issue

I have yet to find the matter of this case closedWe are still working with the homeowner to get her issues resolvedIt is true that there have been breakdowns in communication throughout the process and these are things that are being addressed within our companyWith that being said, I am personally calling the homeowner everyday to maintain a solid working relationship and we are working hard to resolve any outstanding issuesIt helps us grow as a business when we can face difficult circumstancesIt is my personal goal to satisfy each customer to a level of 100% and we will never walk away from a job until this is achieved.
