We sent the consumer the Amendment materials via her e-mail address on May 28, 2014. That is how the consumer had previously corresponded with us and the issue seemed time-sensitive to the consumer. We have re-sent the materials today, June 13, 2014 via overnight express, with signature required. We stand by our original commitment to help the consumer through the process with the IRS.

I have received the Amended Tax forms; the amended IL state form was wrong but has been corrected. I have submitted the amended tax form to the IRS and will await their respond before I can complete the process with the state of IL per the instructions from the accounting firm.
