I had a contract with Ultimate Concrete with a provision to protect large existing palm trees in my backyard They failed to insall the protective barriers Roots of one of the trees came through the skimmer of my pool within two years Mr*** did not have the time to even address the problem untill my pool care people prevailed on himHe then sent two workers who installed some type of barriernot the type specified in the contract In the meantime, I had to cut down a very beautiful pineapple palm, at my expense I found Mr*** ***, owner, cold and disinterested He never came out himself to check on the problemOnly the intercession of the third party caused any action on his part Of course, he took no responsibility for the loss of my tree Unfortunately, I cannot give them a good review
